In recent news, Delafield gym is offering CrossFit classes to kids. At Bank River CrossFit, the workout reserved for adults has been curtailed. A resident, McGuire mentions that Delafield has changed the lives of their children.
Also, she speaks about how much she loves to take her three children of age- 7, 3 and 6 to the classes. Their mom is grateful for the efforts made by the trainer to ensure their children’s fitness. Trainer Abby Jung is not only keeping them entertained, but also taking care of them.
Abby also mentioned about their goal to make fitness fun for kids. He mentioned that a 3-year old kid is quite different from a 7-year-old kid. However, parents should ensure the trainers are professionals while teaching in CrossFit classes for kids, just as in the case of Bark River CrossFit.
This 30-minute weekly class makes her children so tired that they sleep more than she can believe. Though weightlifting is restricted for children, as the American Academy of Pediatrics says, activities such as jumping and squats will help in a child’s growth in bones.
