Though this sounds strange early morning when the stomach is empty, give your toddler 2-3 spoon of honey mixed in a cup of milk. You can also add a 2-3 spoon of sugar in place of honey. This is the tastiest way to treat constipation.

Ginger Root:

Take few pieces of ginger. Crush them well and take out the ginger juice. Mix this ginger juice with few drops of honey. And give it to your toddler. This helps against constipation by encouraging the bowel movement.

Massage Your Baby:

Massage your baby’s stomach area. Especially apply the pressure below navel part. This remedy can also be used for children less than one year. This is one of the effective therapy, as it helps in regulating the abdominal muscles and thus curing constipation.
