1. Identify Your Fears

You can make it challenging by keeping your palms straight by your sides and lift them parallelly with your legs. Be in this position for ten seconds and release. Breathing in brings in the goodness of fresh air, letting you dispel fear. Repeat this two times for effective results.
b. Bow Pose – This pose can make you feel powerful. To practice this one, you need to lie down on your chest and bend your legs. Now, raise your torso as well. Aim to hold your ankles or your feet. Don’t take your chin up a lot. Try and relax. Hold this position for fifteen seconds and then release. Repeat this three times a day.
