1. Get More Sleep

Few people today see the necessity of a nice relaxing bath. We are so focused on getting in and out of the shower as fast as possible, that we fail to see that this could be the most relaxing time of the day. 3. Get Some Exercise
Oh no. There is that word again, exercise. It is a word many fear, but truthfully, proper exercise can be the key to finding a relaxed state. Too many people today work at a desk and have very little physical activity daily. Too much time sitting down is not good for your circulatory system and can leave your body with a lot of pent up energy needing to be released.
Exercising at the gym, lifting weights with friends, or just going out for a long jog will give your body the chance to release some of its pent up energy and allow you to relax better.
