Soak yourself in it for 30 minutes and dry in air.
- Holy Basil or Tulsi
The leaves of Tulsi are rich in eugenol, thymol, camphor which are capable of reducing skin irritation. Wash a few tulsi leaves and rub over the affected area. You can also prepare tulsi tea (boil tulsi leaves in water the covered pan), dip a cloth or cotton ball in the tea and apply to itchy skin.
- Apple Cider Vinegar

Dip a cloth or cotton ball in a little ACV and gently dab on the affected area. You can also add a cup full of ACV to your bathwater if you experience an itchy sensation all over the body.
- Aloe Vera

Rub aloe vera gel over the itchy spots and reduce the skin irritation as well as get quick relief from itching. Try to use natural aloe vera. Break a leaf, cut it lengthwise.
