Soak yourself in it for 30 minutes and dry in air.
- Holy Basil or Tulsi
The leaves of Tulsi are rich in eugenol, thymol, camphor which are capable of reducing skin irritation. Wash a few tulsi leaves and rub over the affected area. You can also prepare tulsi tea (boil tulsi leaves in water the covered pan), dip a cloth or cotton ball in the tea and apply to itchy skin.
- Apple Cider Vinegar

Dip a cloth or cotton ball in a little ACV and gently dab on the affected area. You can also add a cup full of ACV to your bathwater if you experience an itchy sensation all over the body.
- Aloe Vera
With excellent moisturizing action, aloe vera seems to be a very effective skin soothing agent. Rub aloe vera gel over the itchy spots and reduce the skin irritation as well as get quick relief from itching. Try to use natural aloe vera. Break a leaf, cut it lengthwise.
